Deixa reposar en una zona t\u00e8bia fins que la massa dupliqui la mida<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resta_de_massa\"><\/span>Resta de massa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passa el sucre per la picadora (ha de quedar fi, sense que es notin els cristalls).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fon la mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pica la pell de llimona i de taronja (no ha d\u2019haver-hi part blanca).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barreja en un bol &nbsp;la massa mare amb tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escampa una mica de farina al damunt de la taula de treball i amassa la mescla fent una bola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posa la bola al damunt de paper vegetal. Amb els dits mullats fes un forat al mig tan gran com perqu\u00e8 t\u2019hi c\u00e0piga un motllo de la mida que vulguis que sigui el forat. Deixa reposar fins que dobli la mida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a uns 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bat l\u2019ou i amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un pinzell unta la superf\u00edcie del tortell. Escampa-hi el sucre i les ametlles filetejades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cou entre 35 i 45 minuts. Controla que no es cremi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop cuita la massa.
