Nom\u00e9s hi ha una condici\u00f3, que ho faci un mateix .Evidentment, el consell juga amb el fet que, un cop a la cuina, la tend\u00e8ncia a fer quantitat de coses que s\u00f3n poc sanes, \u00e9s menys probable.<br>\u00c9s una manera curiosa d\u2019ajudar a que la gent s\u2019animi a cuinar. La deixem a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que agafi color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una altra paella, posem un raig d\u2019oli i afegim les aletes de pollastre trossejades i salpebrades. Quan agafen color, afegim els alls pelats i un parell de fulles de llorer. Ho deixem 10 minuts a foc mitj\u00e0 remenant de tant en tant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passat aquest temps, afegim un bon raig de vinagre i deixem reduir.
