{"id":248,"date":"2025-08-02T21:47:48","date_gmt":"2025-08-02T19:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/getmybook.es\/?p=248"},"modified":"2025-09-17T22:16:55","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T20:16:55","slug":"ensaladilla-rusa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/getmybook.es\/ca\/blog\/ensaladilla-rusa\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensaladilla rusa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Recepta_de_ensaladilla_rusa\"><\/span>Recepta de ensaladilla rusa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ingredients_per_a_4_persones\"><\/span>Ingredients per a 4 persones<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 patates petites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de mongeta verda rodona fresca o congelada (si \u00e9s congelada que estigui tallada i no sencera)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de p\u00e8sols frescos o congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 pebrots de l\u2019piquillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 llaunes de tonyina en oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 ous durs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 llaunes petites d\u2019olives farcides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_a_fer_la_lactonesa\"><\/span>Per a fer la lactonesa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 ml de llet sencera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml d\u2019oli d\u2019AOVE (si voleu un gust m\u00e9s suau, utilitzeu oli d\u2019oliva suau)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una culleradeta de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una culleradeta de vinagre<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Elaboracio\"><\/span>Elaboraci\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem a coure els ous en aigua bullint durant 10 minuts i els deixem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentem i pelem les pastanagues i les patates i les tallem a daus petits, tots de la mateixa mida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la mongeta verda \u00e9s fresca la rentem, li traiem les puntes i la tallem de la mateixa mida que la patata i la pastanaga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coem totes les verdures a el vapor aproximadament durant 20 minuts, i un cop cuites, les passem a un bol gran amb aigua i gel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fredes les colem i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquem els ous, els pebrots i les olives, reservant 1 rovell i un pebrot tallat a tires per decorar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho barregem tot amb la verdura reservada i amb la tonyina escorreguda i esmicolada i posem a refredar a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la lactonesa en un got alt, posant primer nom\u00e9s 1 dit de llet i la sal; posem a batedora al fons del vas i, sense aixecar-la, vam comen\u00e7ar a batre m\u00ednima velocitat i anem afegint l\u2019oli. Quan hagi emulsionat aixequem suaument la batedora i ja podem anar afegint m\u00e9s llet i m\u00e9s oli a poc a poc fins a haver utilitzat tota la llet i tot l\u2019oli.
